How to start the merge?

On GR/TR: please first merge your account to the EN server by clicking the Merge button on the main page:
Merge GR / Merge TR. Then choose your nickname and transfer your Nuggets.
If you choose not to transfer your nuggets at this time, you will need to contact the support team later to do so.

How migration works:
1. First you need to merge your account.
- You will have to choose a nickname and email address which doesn't exist on international market yet.
- We can guarantee that your current nickname is available there.
- In this step you can also move your nuggets to the new character.
2. Second step is to merge your characters.
- You have to move each character separately by login to your world and selecting a destination world.
- After selecting a world you will not be able to login again and change your choice.
3. At the next day you will be able to login to your character on International market.
Players who have accounts on both the EN and GR/TR servers will have two separate registrations. These accounts cannot be merged under the same name. If you wish to continue using your current EN account name after migration, please contact EN Support. They will provide a one-time name change to resolve any conflicts.
If you have more accounts than available migration routes, our support team can help transfer certain items, including event winner sets, sale items, and quest items that cannot be sold on the market. More info here .
No other items or account progress can be transferred. This option is available only if you have more accounts than migration routes and if the accounts have been active on all servers. If you choose not to transfer one of your accounts voluntarily, this does not qualify for item transfer, as you were provided with sufficient migration routes to transfer all of your characters.
Example: If you have 4 accounts on the GR/TR server and 3 EN accounts (all on destination routes), one account cannot be transferred (we have 6 routes, and you have 7 accounts). In this case, if the non-transferable account contains any of the items mentioned above, our support team can transfer those items to another eligible account.
Each case must be reviewed and confirmed by our team before any transfer can take place.

Notice for Players Migrating from TR and GR Servers

- you wish to migrate using the same name, but you already have an account here with that nickname or the name is already in use by someone else
- you have migrated to the wrong world
- you have more accounts than migration routes (read this first).
